WHERE TO STAY
Finding a place to live in NYC can feel overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be. Williamsburg, Brooklyn is the new “it” location in NYC and to find your home you should look no further than Capri Jet Realty run by real estate guru Robert Napolitano. They have over 30 years of experience in Williamsburg and are the largest and most successful brokerages in the area. I spoke with Jessie, their office manager, and she can help you find your new home because Capri Jet represents over 50 properties in the area.
In speaking with Jessie, she shared the following about Capri Jet and Williamsburg.
“Capri Jet has been in business for over thirty years and are located on one of the best blocks of Williamsburg (they get tons of foot traffic).
We’ve seen Williamsburg undergo a massive transformation within the past ten years and I think that our company continues to thrive because we’re one of the locals. There is a lot of diversity at Capri Jet; agents speak many different languages such as Polish, German, Hebrew, Italian, Spanish, and more. It’s one of the reasons we continue to thrive. Working with us is like coming home to family; that’s how we treat our clients.
We’ve been here long before gentrification and we hope that we will be here long after as well. We know this city like the back of our hands and we are heavily involved within our community.
We thoroughly enjoy what we do and our reputation is that we are the #1 boutique agency in Williamsburg and we don’t give up until the deal is done.
